II. Overall Quality Requirements for Steam Turbine Enclosure Projects
1. Upon project completion, the overall quality of the steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must comply with relevant national standards, industry standards, or specifications, and meet the requirements agreed upon in this agreement.
2. When the ambient temperature does not exceed 25°C, the enclosure temperature should not exceed 50°C. When the ambient temperature exceeds 25°C, the difference between the external surface temperature and the ambient temperature should not exceed 25°C.
3. Corrosion resistance must comply with the GB2086-2006 standard, ensuring no discoloration or deformation.
4. The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must be installed firmly and reliably.
5. The layout must be reasonable, tight, neat, and aesthetically pleasing.
6. Noise must be significantly reduced, with at least a 6 dB reduction after installation.
7. Manufactured using cold-rolled steel plates: The enclosure dimensions are 12000mm × 9000mm × 3000mm (customizable). The main columns and beam framework of the enclosure are constructed from rectangular section steel, connected with high-strength bolts, and feature an assembly-type structure. The design of the main columns and beam framework must avoid the bearing seats of the steam turbine generator set to prevent interference with bearing maintenance. The four walls of the enclosure are assembled from steel structure soundproof acoustic panels, with the outer layers made of cold-rolled steel plates no less than 1.5mm thick and internal panels made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plates.
8. The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must include 4 soundproof doors with observation windows. The doors must open flexibly and close tightly.
9. The lower part of the four walls of the enclosure must have an appropriate number of air inlets (soundproof ventilation openings, with the area determined by the bidder).
10. The top of the steam turbine enclosure is made of perforated plates, equipped with lifting rings for hoisting, and installed with 6 low-noise fans for forced exhaust and heat dissipation. The interior is equipped with a full set of LED lighting facilities to facilitate inspections by personnel inside the cosmetic panel enclosure.
11. The internal space and door positions of the steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must be reasonably designed to ensure that cosmetic panel components do not come into contact with the equipment.
12. The enclosure must be easy to disassemble and assemble, with reasonably reserved lifting rings and holes. The structural strength of individual cosmetic panels must meet the requirements for hoisting and stacking without deformation. The needs of major and minor repairs of the unit must be fully considered, minimizing the workload of disassembling and assembling cosmetic panels during major repairs.
13. The topcoat color of the enclosure must be uniform light gray. The surface must be electrostatically sprayed and cured at high temperatures.
14. The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must have vibration damping measures at the contact points with the ground to reduce vibration caused by foundation movement.
15. The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must be factory-processed and ready for direct on-site installation. On-site fabrication is not allowed. Hot work is prohibited on-site.
